Janice Fogle Castro passed away peacefully on November 29th 2016 in Corpus Christi, Texas after a prolonged battle with diabetes. Janice was born on April 30th, 1958 in Denison, Texas to Jerry Bob Fogle and Kathleen Ann Fogle. Her other gift was that of designing wonderful floral arrangements. She then moved on to work for the Blossom Shop for many years and completed her career working at Flowers By Dora. Her flower arrangements were some of the most beautiful in the local industry and she especially enjoyed the Christmas season, where she sometimes decorated the interiors and the Christmas trees within the large estates along Ocean Drive. From her late teens, Janice' suffered with diabetes, a disease that ravaged her body for decades and eventually took her life. However, she was an amazingly strong woman and fought a tough battle, often discussing how she was constantly cheating death, and always with a beautiful smile and the incredible gift of laughter. Janice is preceded in death by her beloved father and mother, Jerry and Kay Fogle and her nephew, Ray Clayton Griffin. She is survived by her husband Victor Castro and their son Anthony James Castro, both of Corpus Christi, Texas; her sister Debbie Fogle Griffin and her husband Randy Griffin of Las Vegas, Nevada; her brother Mark Bradley Fogle and his wife Rhonda Fogle of Singapore and San Antonio, Texas; and her nieces and nephews, Jade Catherine Fogle, Greer Caroline Fogle, Tucker Bowman Fogle and Keil Bradley Fogle all of Singapore and San Antonio, Texas and Melissa Douglas Cochran of Amarillo, Texas.
