Janice Hawk Obituary
Died: January 18, 2026
Janice L. Hawk, 84, of Morristown, went to be with Jesus Sunday.
Janice was preceded in death by her husband: Floyd "Junior" Hawk; and her parents: Jay L. and Myrle Rader Gregg.
She is survived by her three children: Lecia (Thomas) Maloney, Floyd "Buddy" (Loretta) Hawk, and Sharon (Ruddy) Ferrell; five grandchildren: Stephanie (Derrick) Webb, Daniel (Katy) Coursey, Andrew (Sasha Ellison) Coursey, Rosa Hawk, and Ryan Hawk; seven great-grandchildren: Journee, Bryce, Chloe, Ronin, Athena, Raiden, and Ares; and two sisters: Charlotte (Horace) Davis and Marilyn Davis (Joe Massey).
The family would like to extend a special thanks to all Caris Hospice personnel, all her caregivers; and a special thank you to her dear friend, Tonya Bryant, and Greg Kerns (her adopted grandson).
The family will receive from, 5-7 p.m. Thursday in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Tyler Bryant officiating.
Graveside services will be Friday at 10 a.m. in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Coursey, Ryan Hawk, Ruddy Ferrell, Derrick Webb, Jerry Trent, and Greg Kerns.
Arrangements provided by Allen Funeral Home.
