Janice Faye Price, age 80, of Hillsboro, Ohio, passed away Thursday morning, Aug. 14, 2025, at Acute Care of Hillsboro.
She was born on April 16, 1945, in Manchester, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Tolman & Naomi (Martin) Mills Sr.
Janice retired from Candlelite Manufacturing in Leesburg. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Aerie #1161. She graduated from Madison Hills High School and attended Sue Bennette College and Southern State College.
Surviving are her sons Daniel (Shannon) Price of Mowrytown, OH, & Chad (Brandy) Price, Hillsboro; grandchildren Todd, Amber, Sarah, Cody, Dakota, Destiny, Hailey, Savannah, Christian, & Avriana; great-grandchildren Vada & Stephen; brothers Dwight "Ike" (Melissa) Mills, Larry Mills; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by her daughter, Angie Gray, and brothers Tolman Mills, Jr., Harold Wayne Mills, & Johnny Mills.
Private family remembrances will be held at a later date. The Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Hillsboro, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
