Jannet Bare Obituary
Jannet was born on March 22, 1943, in Harrisonburg, VA, the daughter of the late Arthur and Adeline See. She was raised in Mathias, WV, in a family of 6 brothers and 5 sisters. She is preceded in death by siblings: Hetzel, Elmer, Virgil, Vernon, James See, Ethel Good, Pauline Robinson, Velma Barbour and Dessie Wright. She is survived by a brother: Elwood See and a sister: Julia Whetzel.
Jannet was married to Donnie W. Bare. He preceded her in death on March 31, 2000. Surviving are her three children: Janice "Jamie" Bare and Joanne Bare both of Mathias, WV; Jared Bare of New Market, VA. A passionately devoted mother, Jannet's loves were her children, gardening, and her home which she filled with love for her greatest treasures on this earth, her grandchildren: Dylan Hardy, Alicia Bare, and Jocelyn Sherman.
A special thanks to the staff at E.A. Hawse Healthcare Center and Winchester Medical Center.
At Jannet's request she will be cremated and there will be no services.
Mom, you were one of a kind. Your love and spirit will live on in us. We'll miss you terribly, but we're so grateful for the life we shared. Until we meet again, country roads take me home to the great big potato patch in Heaven!
