Jannetta L. Klima
Jannetta L. (nee Weymers) Klima, 78, of Mentor, passed away Friday, Dec. 27, 2024, at her home in Mentor.
She was born Feb. 3, 1946, in South Fork, Penn.
Jannetta retired after 56 years as a Registered Nurse. Her hobby was her work. Jannetta loved animals, especially taking care of her dogs and cats.
She was the loving mother of Jeanne L. Schussler (Michael Swartz), and Robert L. (Valerie) Reese; step-mother of David Klima; cherished grandmother of Lauren (Steve) Zavoda, Raquel (Mark) Buehner, Alec (Ashlin) Reese, Eric Schussler, Austin Reese, Paige (Joe) McGuinn, Taylor (Derek) Jackson, Jack Hayden and Kyle Hayden; great-grandmother of Stevie, Sammy, Charlotte, Josephine and Arya; sister of Nancy (Earl, dec.) and Arthur (Ivey) Weymers; and aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Jannetta was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Andrew S. Klima (2009); mother, Dorothy (nee Flenner) Martinage; and brother, Fred Weymers.
Family will receive friends from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30, at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St. (Rt. 615, N. of Rt. 2), Mentor, with a Funeral Service at 7 p.m. Pastor Mike Currier to officiate. Private burial to take place at South Fork Cemetery in South Fork, Penn.
