He is survived by his wife Maria Kosciolek, son Michal Kosciolek, daughter Anna Mongeon and her husband Mason. His sisters Edyta Stanuch, Malgorzata Pikul, Brother Mariusz Kosciolek, their families as well as his father Edward Kosciolek. The liturgy of Christian Burial for Janusz will be on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 11:30AM in Holy Trinity Church, Westfield. Burial will follow in Saint Stanislaus Cemetery, Chicopee. Calling hours will precede the mass from 9-11AM in Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield. www.firtionadams.com
