Raymond F. Kosciolek, 71, formerly of Marysville, PA, passed away on May 18th, 2025, at Oak Hill Village. Born on October 18th, 1953, Raymond is the son of the late Walter Kosciolek Sr. and Stella (Kurcon) Kosciolek.
Raymond is survived by his brother-in-law, Chuck (Theresa) Defibaugh, his brother-in-law, David (Linda) Defibaugh, and many nieces and nephews.
Raymond is preceded in death by his wife of 36 years, Brenda (Defibaugh) Kosciolek. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Kosciolek, his brother, Walter Church, his brother-in-law, Edward Defibaugh, and his brother-in-law, Gary Defibaugh.
Raymond was extremely proud of his Polish heritage. He also was an avid outdoorsman and hunter in his earlier years. He was a pastor at the Greater Grace Church in Carlisle, PA, for 32 years. Raymond and Brenda devoted their time and energy into missionary work in Africa as well as other foreign countries.
Services will be private and at the discretion of the family. Raymond will be laid to rest in Letort Cemetery, 1198 Claremont Rd, Carlisle, PA 17015.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Hoffman Funeral & Cremation, 2020 W. Trindle Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013.
