Jared is survived by his mother, Jane Sigler (Clearwater Florida), his father, Eugene Sigler, (Largo, Fl), his son, Jared Glenn Sigler, Jr. (Largo, FL), Uncle, Mitchell Clay (Ashville, OH) and many cousins. Jared was born on October 24, 1984, in Morton Plant Hospital to Jane Clay Sigler and Eugene Carl Sigler, Jr. He attended Osceola High School, eventually obtaining his GED in 2002.
As a youth he loved little league and hanging with his parents at JC events, helping them make a difference. Jane's year as Jaycee president, he was an asset and support to her, especially during the Hurricane fundraisers and collection of needed lifesaving supplies Clearwater Jaycee's provided to those affected by the devastating effects. A loving son and devoted son, Jared was her support in some of the most trying times of her life.
Jared loved sports, the Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning and of course his mom's favorite team Ohio State Buckeyes, attending games whenever the opportunity arose. A Florida Cracker he loved the water and swimming, going to the beach with the family was one of the highlights. There was no place better to be a "Cracker than in Florida"
What does a devoted mother say about a beloved son?
"A parent should not outlive their child, and I am grateful for all the memories and every moment we shared."
Jared will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
A service to celebrate Jared's life will be held at a future date and time. Jared's family will
announce as soon as it is scheduled, and arrangements have been finalized.
