Jarrett White

LAKE SHAWNEE - Jarrett Lee White, 52, of Lake Shawnee, was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Born April 26, 1973, in Bluefield, he was the son of Chester White of Lake Shawnee and the late Connie Dyke-White.
Jarrett was a loving and kind-hearted man. He was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle, and cousin. He was more than just a friend, he was a true beacon of loyalty and an irreplaceable presence in the lives of everyone who knew him. Jarrett had a great love for the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, who found his peace in the stillness of the woods and the calm ripples of the water. He would generously turn his harvest into hope and help for families in need.
In addition to his father, those left to cherish his memory include his children, Jordan White of Lake Shawnee and Emily White of Greencastle, PA; two granddaughters, Naomi and Riley Smith; sister, Aundrea White-Hale (Robert) and nephew, Robert "Grayson" Hale of Lake Shawnee; aunts, Barbara White-Bolden and husband Roy of Lake Shawnee, Jenny Harvey and husband Tommy of Boone County and Betty Dyke of Bud; uncle, Clarence Rose of Oceana; and a host of extended family and friends who will miss Jarrett dearly.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton with Rev. Jenna Stowers, officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton.
Pallbearers and honorary pallbearers include Jordan White, Chris White, Jade White, Shawn White, Michael Bolden, Shannon Bolden, Edward "Eddie" Odle, Patrick Shrewsbury and AJ Laxton.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 12, 2025 from 11:30 a.m. until service hour at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton. Online condolences may be shared with he family at www.bailey-kirk.com.
