There will NOT be a Public Visitation.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, 1:00 PM CST at Christian Memorial Church in Roanoke, AL, Bishop Thomas Staples, Officiating.

Burial will follow in Burkes Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Wedowee, AL.

Mr. Slaughter leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter, Mariah Jade Demetria Slaughter of Roanoke, AL, his twin sons, Ja'Ryan Ramon Slaughter and Ja'Kobi Ramon Slaughter, both of Ashland, AL, his mother, Margie Faye Brown Marable of Wadley, AL, his father, Jarryl Ramon Slaughter of Ohio, brothers, Jerome Jermaine Thomas and Johnathon Thomas, both of Wadley, AL, his sister, Cornita Brown Joiner (Cecil) of Wadley, AL, half-sister, Danielle Slaughter of Wadley, AL, half-brother, Jarryl Deangelo Slaughter, Jr. of Ohio, grandmother, Maudie Brown of Wadley, AL, uncles: Tyrone (LaRhonda) Brown and James Brown, both of Wadley, AL, Darryl Slaughter of Roanoke, AL, Maron Slaughter of Dadeville, Alabama and Beotha Slaughter of Roanoke, AL, aunts: Shakela Brown of South Carolina, Misty Slaughter of LaGrange, GA, Cassandra Slaughter of Roanoke, AL and Michelle Slaughter of LaGrange, GA, special nephews, Ortavious Brown, Cortavion Lynch and Carson Pearson, all of Wadley, AL, special nieces, Lakeisha Brown and Journee Thomas, both of Wadley, AL, a host of other relatives and friends.
