Jasmine Blanca Flores Falkner, 28, and her husband, Lyle, of Blackfoot, Idaho, passed away July 2, 2023, as the result of an accident.
She was born August 6, 1994, to Roy Antonio Flores and Diann Johnson Flores in Rexburg, Idaho. She graduated from Madison High School. She also attended the Rexburg College of Massage Therapy in 2017. Jasmine was working at Deseret Industries where she met Lyle in 2017.
On November 30, 2017, Jasmine married Lyle Craig Falkner in Rexburg, Idaho. They made their first home in Lyman before moving to Idaho Falls. Jasmine attended classes at Austin Kade Academy to become a licensed esthetician in 2019. Three years ago, they bought a small house in Blackfoot, Idaho. She was currently employed at Town & Country Gardens in Idaho Falls.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed music and nature. Lyle and Jasmine made several trips to visit nature sites. She enjoyed having her own garden and trying to grow some of the food they ate.
Jasmine is survived by her parents, Diann and Roy Flores of Rexburg; brother, Ramon Flores of Midvale, UT; grandmother, Renee Johnson of Rexburg; and many extended family.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ramon Rosa Flores, Blanca Elva Garcia, and Bud Lee Johnson.
A combined funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 7, 2023, at the Rexburg South Stake Center, 2041 West 5200 South. The family will visit with friends on Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Flamm Funeral Home, 61 North 1st East, in Rexburg. Interment will be at Burton Cemetery.
