Jasmine Paige Graham, 27, of Jonesville, IN passed away all too soon on April 29, 2025.
She was born April 18, 1998 in Scottsburg, IN to Joshia Michael Graham and Tonya Louise Collins. She enjoyed singing, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends especially her son Kayden.
Jasmine is survived by her son Kayden, father Josh (Amber) Graham of Nashville, IN, brother Kenneth of Medford, OR, sister Gracie of Nashville, IN, step-siblings Elizabeth, Austin, Raydn, and Mackenzie of Nashville, IN, maternal grandmother Anna Mauk of Brownstown, IN and stepdad Tim Snyder of Austin, IN. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and bonus extended family.
Jasmine was proceeded in death by her mother Tonya (Collins) Snyder, paternal grandparents Mike Graham and Donna Steward, and maternal grandfather Kenneth Collins.
Cremation has been entrusted to Meredith Clark Funeral Home with a private family gathering at a later date at her father's home in Nashville, IN.
The family encourages anyone who may be struggling with addiction or any personal battles to reach out for help.
