Jason Clark Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service - Manchester Avenue Chapel - Wabash on Mar. 3, 2026.
Jason Jay Clark, 51, of Wabash, Indiana, passed away at 6:13 a.m. on Monday, March 2, 2026, at his home. He was born June 4, 1974, in Marion, Indiana, to Larry and Christine (Ayala) Clark.

Jason was a 1992 graduate of Southwood High School. On December 31, 2009, he married Rachel Stroup in Wabash, and together they built a life centered on family, love, and shared joy. He worked in the Shipping and Receiving Department at Paperworks in Wabash, where he was known for his reliability, strong work ethic, and easy going nature. Jason loved being outdoors. Whether he was fishing, building campfires, or simply enjoying the quiet of nature, he found peace and happiness outside. Above all, he cherished time spent with his children and family. His greatest joy came from being a father, a husband, and a steady presence for the people he loved.

He is survived by his wife, Rachel Clark; children, Liam, Ella, and Evelyn Clark; parents, Larry and Christine Clark; brother, Heath (Tina) Clark; Parents-in-law, Barry and Christa Stroup, and Lisa Caley; sister-in-law, Sarah (Rhett) Mast; and brother-in-law, Matt (Constance) Jasen, all of Wabash, Indiana; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a Celebration of Jason's life, around a campfire, at a later date. Arrangements by Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, Wabash.
