Florence Clark Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Snyder-Rodman Funeral Center on Mar. 3, 2026.
Florence Marie (Aguiar) Clark, 92 of Delaware, Ohio, passed peacefully, Monday evening, March 2, 2026 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born January 14, 1934 in Tiverton, Rhode Island, one of 9 children to the late Antone & Emily (Perry) Aguiar. Florence married her husband Donald early, as he was leaving for the United States Navy.

Florence was a stay-at-home mother, raising their 6 children. Florence enjoyed doing arts and crafts in her younger years, reading and doing crossword puzzles. She was proud of raising her children and grandchildren. Most would describe her as loving and caring, sometimes though she was feisty and stubborn.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving children Darrin (Tammy) Clark, Dale (Cathy) Clark, Dean Clark, Darlene (John) Breckenridge and Diane Monahan; 12 grandchildren Doug, Brandon, Misty, Derrik, Nick, Starla, Josh, Amanda, Chad, Dino, Marcy and Tyler, along with numerous great-grandchildren; siblings Jessie, John, Billy, Johnny, Sophie, Catherine, Mary and Irene.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Dolly Clark, son-in-law Jerry Monahan, grandchildren Patrick Love and Dustin Stover, and ex-husband and father of her children Donald.

At this time no services are planned.
