EUNICE-It is with heavy hearts that the family of Jason James Daigle announces his passing on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at his home with loved ones at his side at the age of 53. Private graveside services will be held at a later time.
Jason was born on February 9, 1972, in Lafayette, Louisiana, to Nickie and Patricia Fontenot Daigle. He found great delight in working on bikes and was known for his quick wit. He brought laughter to those around him, crafting unique nicknames that reflected his playful nature and affection for friends and family alike. Jason was a gentle soul with an enormous heart. He dedicated himself to caring for everyone around him. His family held a special place in his heart, and he was cherished deeply by his loved ones.
Jason will be missed by all who knew and loved him, especially his mother, Patricia Daigle of Eunice; fiancé, Frankie Bryan of Eunice; three sons, Nicholas McGee, Kegun Daigle, and Logan Daigle, all of Eunice; four daughters, Sierra Ortego, Hali McGee, Heidi Daigle, and Olivia Benoit, all of Eunice; stepson, Ja’Kobien Thomas of Eunice; his grandchildren, Amiah LeBlanc, Drew Barker, Brylee McGee, Abby McGee, Cullen McGee, Walker McGee, Ellie McGee, Adilyn Brown, Cayson Miller, Reese Brown, Maggie Watkins, Ryan Daigle, Jackson Daigle, Eli Daigle, Vailen Frilot, Cooper Daigle, Blaine Daigle, Cohen Daigle, Sophia Daigle, Valerie Daigle, Willow Aguillard, Athena Aguillard, and Kash Aguillard; as well as extended family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Nickie Odus Daigle; his brother, Kirk Dwayne Daigle; his sister, Nichole Ann Thibodeaux; and grandson, Henry Brown.
