Jason William Davis, age 51, of Houston, Texas, went home to be with the Lord on January 14, 2026. He was born on December 3, 1974, in Naples, Florida.

Jason was a devoted son, brother, father, uncle, and friend whose larger-than-life personality left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Davis.

He is lovingly survived by his mother, Portia Davis of North Little Rock, Arkansas; his sister, Alicia Winter; and his cherished nephews, Mitch Valdez, Christopher Valdez, and Tristan Kuebler, all of Houston, whom he adored deeply. Jason is also survived by his beloved daughter, Hailey Davis, and her husband, Caleb Lacey, of Houston, who were the pride and joy of his life.

Jason shared close and meaningful bonds with his extended family, especially his aunts, Carolyn Bishop of Sherwood, Arkansas, Emily Roberts of Beebe Arkansas and Janie Knappenberger of Oxnard, California, who held a special place in his heart.

Raised in San Angelo, Texas, Jason was well known and well loved, remembered as a true character with an infectious spirit. He was popular in school, where he excelled both socially and athletically, playing soccer and basketball and forming friendships that lasted a lifetime.

Jason built a successful career in hospitality management, serving as a General Manager with InterContinental Hotels Group and Marriott, where he was respected for his leadership, dedication, and genuine care for others. He took pride in his work and in mentoring those around him.

As a Christian, Jason believed in God's grace and promise of eternal life. His family finds comfort knowing he is now at peace, reunited with loved ones, and resting in the presence of his Savior.

Jason will be remembered for his warmth, humor, generosity, and the deep love he had for his family. His legacy lives on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
