Alma Judy Davis

Alma Judy Davis passed on from this life on February 19, 2026, at the age of 86. She was born in Wake Co. to the late Grover & Jimmie Lee Honeycutt Pearce. Alma exemplified a life of love, care and devotion to her family and friends. She was always warm-hearted and caring towards others and will be deeply missed. Her legacy will continue to shine in the years to come though those she loved so dearly. Along with parents, Alma was preceded in death by her sisters, Jeanette Duke and Inez Perry.

A Graveside service will begin at 3:00pm on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, in the Hopkins Chapel Baptist Church cemetery, located at 4525 Hopkins Chapel Rd. in Zebulon NC.

Alma is survived by her children, Ryan Narron (Kristen Baron) and Joy Shearin (Clark); her grandchildren, Jennifer Shambaugh (Chris), Lauren Hood (Steven Putnam) and her great-grandchildren, Sonny, Jordan, Tucker, and Colby. She is also survived by two nephews, Everette Perry and Fred Duke, along with two great-nephews Chris Perry and Allen Duke, and one great-niece Krystal Perry Weeks.

Flowers welcomed or memorial contributions may be made to Transitions Life Care for the amazing care they displayed toward Alma during her time there.

Memorial Visitation will be held from 6:00pm to 7:30pm, Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at Strickland Funeral Home & Crematory, 211 W Third St. Wendell NC.
