Born in Columbus County, NC on November 2, 1975, he was a son of Willie Marvin "Dub" Fulford, Jr. ( special friend, Yolonda Peters), and the late Wanda Ann Clemmons Fulford. In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Marvin and Cecile Fulford, and his maternal grandfather Alton Clemmons.
Surviving in addition to his father are brothers Adam Fulford (Crystal) and Willie Fulford (Jessie), all of Supply, NC; maternal grandmother Betty Clemmons, Shallotte, NC; aunts, Brenda Robinson (Jimmy Ward), Shallotte, NC, Linda Galloway (Maurice), Varnamtown, NC, and Debbie Gore (Phil), Shallotte, NC; nephew Adam Fulford, Jr., and niece Amber Priester (Dillon).
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 29, 2023 at 2:00 PM in Oak Grove Baptist Church, officiated by the Reverend Kenny Locklear. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, July 28, 2023 at the funeral home.
Pallbearers: Nathan Swain, Travis Wilson, Dexter Browning, Mark Evans, Jamie Gore, and Clayton Rivenbark.

Thankful our paths crossed in life. Working beside and with you in the pits for all those years showed me how much you loved your family and how much you wanted to see them be successful. We shared highs and lows together but most of all thankful for what you shared with me that day in the hospital. Until we meet again.
