Jason was a genuinely kind and caring boss at
TXWES. He was the kind of person everyone felt welcomed to approach for guidance because he was extremely hard working and loved to help others. He was a good leader who everyone respected and saw as a role model because he strived to foster meaningful connections with all of his employees and saw the good in everyone. His leadership was truly special and had many positive impacts. He will be dearly missed and remembered.
