Preceding Jason in death was his father, James Mundstock.
Jason is survived by his wife, Erin Mundstock; his mother and stepfather, Jan and Chris Ogden; and countless family, friends, colleagues, a testament to the exceptional person he was and how much he will be missed.
A gathering in his honor will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025, at The Madison Club, 5 E Wilson St, Madison WI, from 3-6 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Jason's memory to The Badger Fund, c/o University of Wisconsin - Athletics Development, Kellner Hall, 1440 Monroe Street, Madison, WI, 53711, or online at https://secure.supportuw.org/give/; or to an organization of the donor's choice.
Jason's family wishes to extend sincere gratitude for all the support. He was the ultimate people person, truly excelling at thoughtfulness and connection. Thank you for loving him back and being a part of his chosen family.
