Jason was preceded in death by his parents, Von L. Smith and Janet K. Smith. He is survived by his siblings, Jana (Dan) Johnson and Jon (Lacy) Smith; nieces and nephews, Scott (Lacy) Smith, Dani (Ronnie) Panciera, Brandon Smith, Bryant (Nikki) Johnson, Kyle (Cinthya) Smith, and Savanna Johnson; as well as several great-nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life, in honor of Bubba, will be held 12:00-5:00 p.m., Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 400 W. Main in Mount Hope, Kansas.

So very sorry to hear about Jason´s passing. My prayers are with the family during this difficult time. I grew up with Jason in Mt Hope and he was always so kind and thoughtful. His mom and mine were best of friends as well. May he rest in peace. Lisa Porter and Susan Broadhurst
