Henry W. Robben, 86, retired farmer entered into the hands of the Lord on April 28, 2025. He was born on May 31, 1938 to John and Elizabeth (Keiter) Robben in the rural home he lived in until his death.
He is preceded in death by his wife Jeanette (Jostes) Robben and his parents. Henry is survived by: his sister, Dolores Bell; his children, Jennifer (David) Kidd, John (Kay) Robben, Rebecca (Jared) McGinley, Diana (Brad) Stevens, and Joseph (Gwen) Robben; and his 14 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
Henry came from generations of farmers and stockmen and made that his life. The home place where he lived was designated a century farm. He enjoyed raising and showing horses across the country. Henry was a regular at the senior center. He looked forward to "farm days" with his children and grandchildren.
The rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Friday, May 9, 2025 and the funeral mass will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 10, 2025 both at St. Joseph Ost Catholic Church in Mount Hope.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to: St. Joseph Catholic School (12917 E. Maple Grove Rd. Mt. Hope, KS 67108) or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice (313 S. Market St. Wichita, KS 67202).
