Jason Thomas Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Ratterman Southwest Funeral Home on Mar. 16, 2026.
Jason Phillip Thomas, 51, passed away on Saturday, March 14.

Jason loved his children deeply and was incredibly proud of them. He was loyal to his family and friends and valued the relationships he built over the years.

Jason worked at Bristol's for more than 20 years, where he built lasting friendships and was known for his dedication and strong work ethic.

One of Jason's greatest joys was caring for his fish. He was very proud of them and spent many hours making sure they were well cared for, often sharing that passion with others.

Jason worked hard to build a better path in life, and his family was deeply proud of the growth and strength he showed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Janet Thomas.

Jason is survived by his children Elainae Thomas, Jason Thomas Jr., Elijah Manning, Jadae Thomas, Tristan Wilson, Naomi Johnson, McKenzie West, and Triasia Osbourne. He is also survived by his siblings John Thomas IV (Mary Lynn), Judith Conway (Sam), Jacqueline Wilkerson (David), and Jodie (Mike), along with his companion Tawny Hicks, who supported him and stood faithfully by his side. He leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 3:00 – 6:30 PM
