Nuestro hermano era un muchacho muy inteligente y muy rapido en aprender. Tan rápido que le decían que lo tenía que llevar con calma. Siempre nos hacía reír. Era muy chistoso.
Tiene 2 hermanas Ivette Hernández y Lorena Lugo y dos hermanos Angel Lugo y Jorge Lugo. Nuestra mamá Lorenza Lugo falleció en el 2008.
Nuestro hermano Javier estará en Perches funeral home 4946 Hondo Pass Dr El Paso Texas 79924 de 5pm a las 9 pm el 21 de Septiembre 2025 y a las 10 am el 22 de Septiembre 2025 y en Desert View cemetery 450 E Lisa Dr Chaparral NM 88081 a las 11:30 am
