Javier is preceded in death by Father, Rosalio Pena, Mother, Maria Del Carmen Pena, Brother, Rosalio Pena, Jr.. He is survived by his beloved family which includes; Three Sisters, Ileana (J'Juber Alomia) Alomia, Mary Carmen Pena, Angelina Pena; Three Brothers, Gerardo (Minerva Pena) Pena, Joel Pena, Gustavo (Kimberly Pena) Pena;. Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 30, 2025, 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home North Houston, Texas with a Evening Service beginning at 6:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025, 12:00 pm at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home - North. Committal Service will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
