Jay was a Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins fan. He was the Captain for his Haverhill High school tennis team and coached tennis at Wellington Landings.
Jay was a legend in the Wellington area, known as "Grumpy". He would frequent Flanigans, Bonefish and Duffy's. Throughout all his years of teaching and hanging at the local restaurants, where he touched the lives of countless people. All his friends and students will forever miss him.
Grumpy, I hope you "pak your cahh in the right spot" and that the music where you go is not too loud. I also hope that the bar is warm but your beer is cold.
