Jay Reiter Obituary

He was born February 9, 1954, in Windsor, Missouri, and moved as a child to Miami, Florida, where he grew up. Jay was a carpenter and contractor who built many homes in Miami. He had a lifelong passion for motorcycles, woodworking, and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Candice Farge; his son and daughter-in-law, Kyle and Eden Reiter; and his grandchildren, Emily and Kyson.
A memorial service will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday (October 4, 2025) at Music Funeral Home Chapel in Waycross.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations of plants for a memorial garden in Jay's honor and colorful clothing to be worn at his service.
Sympathy may be expressed by posting to his tribute wall at www.musicfuneralhome.com.
