Jayden Chiappetta, age 18, was born on January 31, 2007, in
Houston, Texas, and passed away on January 8th, 2026. He attended Jersey Village High School, where he enjoyed playing football, before graduating from Cornerstone Christian Correspondence School. Our hearts are devastated by this unexpected, tragic accident and loss. While we are grateful for the time God gave us with him, the void left by his passing is profound, and he will be missed by all who knew him. Though his time on this earth was far too short, Jayden's impact was deep, meaningful, and unforgettable.
Jayden was a beloved son and brother. He is survived by his loving mother, Starlia Chiappetta; his father, Phillip Chiappetta; and his cherished siblings, Josh Chiappetta and Skylar Chiappetta. He was deeply loved by his family and held a special place in their hearts that can never be replaced.
Jayden is also survived by his grandparents Elizabeth and Michael Dekneef, Joe Fowler, and Brenda Chiappetta; his extended family Lindsay and Jerry Mason, Joseph Fowler, Amy Chiappetta, Mike and Patti Chiappetta, and Jonathan and Billie Chiappetta; and his many beloved cousins Maddox Williamson, Bentley Fowler, Chloe Chiappetta, Corbin Chiappetta, Brendan Gardner, Braydan Gardner, Jeffery Chiappetta, Kaylee Whisneant, and Sarah Ramirez.
Jayden was preceded in death by his grandfather Francis Dale Chiappetta and his great-grandparents Billy Joe Fowler, MaryAnn Mason, Betty and James Bowden, Louis and Amy Chiappetta, and Bill and Helen Saunders.
Jayden was known for his kind heart, bright spirit, and strong presence. He had a passion for fitness and dedicated himself to working out at the gym, lifting weights, and pursuing bodybuilding. He also loved the outdoors and found joy in swimming, boating, hiking, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. He treasured time spent in the mountains, especially during the years he lived in Colorado, where he loved snowboarding and sharing special moments with family. Whether exploring nature or chasing adventure, Jayden lived life with energy and enthusiasm.
He was a responsible, hard worker for his age and held a job as a warehouse worker, showing maturity and dedication beyond his years.
He also loved time spent with his family and friends-going on trips, riding rollercoasters, hiking mountains, or simply being together. Jayden's laughter, smile, and genuine nature brought light into every room, and his friendships were a reflection of the love and loyalty he gave so freely.
Most importantly, Jayden was born again and loved the Lord. He enjoyed sharing his faith with others, participating in homeless outreach, and was a very giving person. His faith was meaningful to him, and he found joy in going to church with his family and friends. His love for God and his desire to live with purpose were evident in the way he cared for others and lived his life.
Jayden had a future filled with promise, and though his journey here was brief, his legacy of love, strength, faith, and kindness will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew him.
Forever loved and now resting in the arms of Jesus.
