Jayden was born on May 19, 2004, to April Elliott and Michael Choate at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, April (James) Elliott of Kansas City, Mo; father and stepmother, Michael (Gina) Choate of Linn Creek, Mo; grandfather, Ken Morrison of Clinton, Mo; Grandmother, Marcie (Xena) Lespier of St. Louis, Mo; siblings, Erika Wetzel, Andrew (Jennie) Mahurin Jr., Zaylin ( Britney) Fitzgerald all of Kansas City, Mo; two nieces, Rosiah Talavera and Iris Mahurin of Kansas City, Mo; uncle, Joey (Alexandra) Eastland; two best friends, Viktor Herrera and Rene Garwood, and a host of aunts, uncles, many cousins, adopted family, great-aunts, great-uncles and friends.
