Jean Moravia Blanc, age 88, passed away peacefully on 9/18/2025, surrounded by loved ones.

He was born on 2/5/1937 in Mononville section communal of Croix des Bouquets in Haiti to Jean Geneus Providence & Bossinette Blanc. From an early age, he was known for qualities of kindness, humor, and hard work, traits that carried throughout his life.

Jean grew up with a strong foundation of faith, love, and perseverance. Throughout his life, he worked diligently, not only to provide for his family but also to serve his community with honor and humility, which made a lasting impact on the lives of many.

He married Graziella Beliziare, and together they built a life filled with love and memorable chapters. He was a devoted father to Yves Richard Blanc, Marjorie Blanc, Jessy Defreitas and Danielle Blanc. A proud grandfather to Jessica Malebranche, Nicolette Ephraim, Angee Malebranche, Nandee Malebranche, Yves Richard "Kash" Blanc II, Darnel Lamarre Blanc, Noelle Defreitas, Dandre Campbell, Joshua Anglade, and Nyah Lamarre Blanc, and great-grandfather to Karina Espinal, Sebastian Espinal, Arlena Espinal, and Nela Ephraim, who have all brought immense joy.

A man of deep faith, Jean was a deacon at Evangelical Crusade of Fishers Man in Brooklyn, NY, and lived his life according to God's Word. He found joy in cooking, gardening, and storytelling, and his greatest passion was spending time with family, creating cherished memories that will live on in our hearts.

He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
