He was born in Leogane, Haiti on October 8, 1954. He was married to Marrie Ange Menard on December 23, 1982.
He was survived by his wife of 42 years Marrie Ange Blanc, sister Marie Carmelle Blanc, and nephews and nieces: Davina, David, Linda, Scherlley, Francesca, Daniel, Patrick, Andre, Nichols Junior Nicholas.
To honor Jean Claude services will be held in his honor on November 14, 2025, at 2001 Old Middleburg Rd N, Jacksonville, FL 32210. Services will begin at 03:00 PM.
