(Née Wessel). Of Waukesha. Found peace on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at the age of 81 years. Beloved wife of Patrick Breitenstein for 60 years. Loving mother of Jeff (Mary) Breitenstein and Shannon (Rich) Day. Proud grandmother of Kasey (Devon) Witte, Taylor Mair and Brett Breitenstein. Cherished sister of Joan Salem and Jane (Dennis) Walters. Dear sister-in-law of Carol Vogelman. Jean is also loved and will be missed by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
There will be a time of gathering on Friday, March 6, from 11:00 AM, until the time of Memorial Service at 1:00 PM at CHURCH AND CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 380 Bluemound Rd., Hwy J & JJ, Waukesha. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer's Association appreciated.
