Jean Holbert

Memorial Service for Jean Holbert Cobb, 84, a 56-year resident of Hereford will be held 11AM Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at the Fellowship of Believers Church with Shirley Wheeler Cole officiating. Interment will be at a later date in West Park Cemetery. Services under the direction of Parkside Chapel Funeral Directors. Jean passed away July 6, 2022, after a short illness. She was surrounded by family at her time of passing.
Jean Holbert Cobb was born January 9, 1938, in Bronco, Texas to Marion Carl Pearson and Hallie Mae Pearson. She was employed in the banking industry fifty plus years. She was a master gardener and loved all things associated with plants. She is a grateful friend of Bill Wilson.
Jean was married to Chick Holbert August 21, 1953, until his death in February 1986. She met and fell in love with Charles Cobb and were married September 21, 1992, until his death in January 2021. She is a member of Fellowship of Believers Church.
Mourning her passing three daughters, Rhonda Morales and husband Gilbert of Corpus Christi, Texas, Beki Davis and husband Ronnie of Kansas City, Kansas, Carla Strominger of Chicago, Illinois; two sons, Scott Holbert of Hereford, Casey Cobb and wife Alice of Dalhart, Texas; brother Damon Pearson and wife Judy of Lampasses, Texas, also mourning Jean are, Christi Gonzales and husband Rene of Corpus Christi, Texas, Amy Bain and husband Thom of Austin, Texas, Trent Holbert of Bedford, Texas, Tate Holbert and wife Courtney of Grapevine, Texas, Hallye and husband Caleb of Melissa, Texas. A total of fourteen grandchildren and thirteen greatgrandchildren.
