Jean Marie (Moran) Lynch, 82, of Seaford, DE, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2025. She was born on May 3, 1943, in Philadelphia, PA, and was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Marian Moran. Jean is survived by her husband of over 60 years, Leo Francis Lynch; her children, Leo (Amy) Lynch of Pasadena, MD, Kathleen Mann of Ridgely, MD, and Paul Lynch (Anna Gonzaga) of Ellicott City, MD; her siblings, Patricia (Richard) Parkinson of Springfield, PA, Francis Moran of Wayne, PA, and Mary Teresa (Richard) Mintz of Dresher, PA; her grandchildren, Megan (Ted) Tibert, Sean Lynch, Michael Mann, and Timothy Mann; and her great-grandchildren, Henry and Noah Tibert. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Visitation will take place from 10:00 to 11:00 AM on Friday, September 19, 2025, in the Parish Hall at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 528 E. Stein Highway, Seaford, DE 19973. This will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in the church sanctuary. Interment will follow at 1:00 PM at Bridgeville Cemetery, Market & Laws Street, Bridgeville, DE. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Employee Appreciation Fund at The Manor House, 1001 Middleford Road, Seaford, DE 19973. Jean will be remembered for her steady presence, quiet strength, and deep devotion to her family. She will be missed by all who knew her. Please sign the tribute wall located on this website.
