McGrath, Jean T. (Mattuchio/Martocchio) of Brookline passed away peacefully on December 28th at the age of 97. Born and raised in Everett, MA, a daughter of the late Anthony and Jennie (Marrama) Mattuchio. Predeceased by her loving husband John P. McGrath and beloved son John A. McGrath of Everett.
She will be deeply missed by her daughter Stacy A. McGrath of Brookline, Michael P. Sandorse of Saugus, devoted caregiver Donna M. Silva of Boston and numerous beloved relatives in the Marrama, Mattuchio and McGrath families.
Jean's God-given gifts were her warmth and compassion, which she shared generously with countless people throughout her lifetime. She loved Italian cooking & pastries and cherished time with family.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 24th at 11am in the Bell-O'Dea Funeral Home, 376 Washington St. Brookline. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
Burial at Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, MA is private.
