Jean Ann Page, 92, of Strasburg, passed away peacefully in Park Village Health Care Center on July 8, 2023, following a period of declining health.

Born in Warwick Twp on October 13, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Margaret (Heldt) Hill.

Jean loved her family very much and supported their activities and interests. She was a Lady Tigers softball mom when her family played on the team, but never lost that passion for cheering on the team to this day. She was gifted with her hands making beautiful quilts and knitted and sewed crafts. Additionally, Jean loved shopping on JTV, a hobby she shared with her family, also.

Jean is survived by her children, Daniel Page of Strasburg, Rebecca Ocheltree of New Philadelphia and Emily (Steve) Hoover of Dover; her grandchildren, Dana Ocheltree Skelly and Richard (Theresa) Ocheltree, both of Beach City, Daniel (Amanda Lauriha) Ocheltree of New Philadelphia, Jeffrey (Karlie) Hoover of Mineral City and Jennifer Hoover of Dover; and numerous great-grandchildren and family members complete her family.

In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in passing by her husband, Richard Page; her infant daughter, Jennifer Page; and brothers, Robert, Richard “Butch”, Carl, and Harry “Ed” Hill.

A private graveside service will be held in the East Avenue Cemetery at New Philadelphia.
