Jeanetta "Stewart" Hardin

Jeanetta Hardin, 84, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. Jeanetta was born to the late Cicly (Hayes), and William Harvey Stewart in Edmonson County, KY. She was a devout Christian and spent her life studying God's word, praying, and living for her Lord Jesus Christ. She faithfully attended GracePointe Baptist Church. She was an extraordinary mom and granny. She lived her life in selfless devotion and love for her family and loved ones. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 48 years, Johnny D. Hardin; sisters, Eveline Johnson and Roseann Stewart, and brother, Shirley Stewart. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Stoner (Brent); brother, William Earl Stewart (Dula Van); sister, Cora Meredith, and grandson, Jared Stoner. Her funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 28, 2025, at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Owen Funeral Home.
