Jeanette Rose Andrews "Jiggs" passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025 at the Aventara Hospice House in Sioux Falls, SD. Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 11:00am at the Winner Ideal Community Hall. Burial will follow at a later date. A wake service will begin on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 7:00pm at the Winner Ideal Community Hall.

Jeanette was born on February 13, 1948 in Bad Nation, South Dakota the daughter of Wallace and Mercy (Greenwood) Andrews.

Her school days were spent at St. Francis Indian School she then later traveled to Dallas, Texas and worked at a nursing home. Jeanette then moved to Chicago and did small jobs. When she moved back to South Dakota she did a lot of enjoyable activities such as bowling, playing pool and playing softball. She loved watching softball on the weekends and was a Dallas Cowboys fan. Jeanette also enjoyed taking care of her family, especially her nieces and nephews until she had her miracle daughter named Krysta Ann. Along with 3 grandchildren and one great-grandson Sekhani. Dan was her baby boy and they loved each other very much. Jeanette was always that happy person that made everybody feel warm and loved.

She is survived by her daughter Krysta of Sioux Falls, SD, grandchildren; Kaylee & Nyler, Dan Todd, Leila Mercy Ann and great-grandchild Sekhani, sisters; Esther Andrews, of Winner, SD, Martha Williams of Mission, South Dakota and many other loved ones.

Preceding her in death were her parents Wallace and Mercy Andrews, sisters; Anita Joseph, Ann Mary Andrews, Frieda Ann, Delphine and Frances Marie, brothers; Wally Jr., Jimmy, Elmer, Dallas, Richard, Orlando and Larry Andrews.
