Jeanette M. (Nowicki) Balcer 79 of Bath, NY passed away on May 30, 2025. Jeanette was born to John and Pearl Nowicki on November 2, 1945, in Albion, NY. She was the second oldest of nine children and was the only girl among eight brothers. She attended Kendall Central School District through high school.
Jeanette married the late Michael Balcer and is predeceased by her son William Bauer, her brother John Nowicki and sister-in-law Cecelia, along with her brother Gregory Nowicki.
Jeanette had a joyful personality and was extremely loving and caring towards others. She never forgot a birthday, anniversary, or Holiday and marked each occasion by sending a card to her loved ones. She loved her family above all else and never missed a family party. She would greet everyone with a hug and a kiss, and you could always find her on the dance floor kicking up her heels and doing the polka.
Left to cherish her memory are her brother Larry Nowicki of Bath, NY, Kenny Nowicki of Lyndonville, NY, Arnold Nowicki of Rochester, NY, Bobby Nowicki of Kent, NY, Delice Nowicki of Kent, NY, David (John) Nowicki of Churchville, NY, Edward (Charlene) Nowicki of Kendall, NY. Along with many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Jeanette also leaves behind many friends, including Selina Wilson of Bath, NY who was her best friend and care giver.
Services will be held at Fagan Funeral Home, 31 W. Morris Street, Bath, NY 14810 on Saturday, June 14, 2025. Visiting hours are from 12:00pm-1:00pm with a memorial service from 1:00pm-1:30pm.
