Dear Sara & Family:
Your mother was the epitome of a charming, delightful, Christian woman. I loved visiting her. She was always dressed and coifed and smiling...Always interested in the other person more than herself. She had a genuine love of people and a special love for those who were challenged in some way. Her greatest love was for her family! Up until her last moments, when speaking of her daughter and her grands and greats, her eyes would sparkle. I loved her and I will miss her greatly! She brought such elegance and grace to our lives!
With many condolences and much love,
Carol Hardin Thompson

We remember Jeanette [and Bill] as two of the finest people we have been privileged to have as friends during many years. May God's Blessings go with her to join Bill for her well deserved rest.

Whatever I might say would be too little. But I will say that Jeanette Hale and her husband Bill gave greatly of themselves to all who they knew and encountered. My own family is one of many that has been blessed and encouraged by the generosity and grace of Mrs. Hale, and we will never forget the Hale family or their acts of kindness.
