Jeanette Elizabeth McCarroll

Jeanette Elizabeth McCarroll, 84, of Henderson, passed away on January 16, 2025. She was born on January 30, 1940 in Oswego, NY to the late Francis and Edith Merrill. In addition to her parents, Jeanette was predeceased by her husband of 67 years Richard McCarroll, a son, Richard Allen McCarroll; and a grandson, Garran Howard.
Jeanette is survived by her children, Robert McCarroll, Linda McCarroll, Patrick McCarroll (Gwen), Lori McCarroll, Sandra Jarvis, Elizabeth Spinelli (Peter), and Victoria Howard (Chris); 15 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
Jeanette worked as quality control at Eagle Comtronics in Liverpool, NY for 27 years. Jeanette was very active in her church where she sang and taught Sunday school. She enjoyed reading, solving crossword puzzles, and collecting oil lamps. Jeanette had a passion for watching the New York Yankees and Jeopardy and if either were on TV, it is said that you could forget about trying to reach her. Jeanette also loved long car trips and bowling with her late husband Richard, especially to Florida to find kinder climates during winter.
