Jeanne M. Boylan

Jeanne M. Boylan, age 74, of Wilmington passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
Jeanne was the daughter of Richard & Patricia Neyers. She graduated from John Dickinson High School and attended Goldey Beacom College. Jeanne went on to start her career at AIG Insurance. From there she moved to CIGNA working in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry and retiring as an account manager after working over 35 years of service.
She loved visiting Walt Disney World with her family and after retirement she enjoyed cruises to Bermuda & especially enjoyed traveling to Key West FL with Kevin. You would find her reading a book almost every day. Jeanne was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan and enjoyed cheering them on during every game. She enjoyed spending time at the beach house in South Bethany and spending time with her girlfriends and her granddaughters.
Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter Maggie; and her sister Jane Neyers. Jeanne is survived by her husband Kevin of 48 years; daughter Kelly (Jimmy); son Kevin (Caroline); and granddaughters Abby & Sophia. Also, her brothers Richard (Kathy) & Mark Neyers.
Services will be on Tuesday November the 25th, 2025, at the Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE, 19808, where friends and family may call from 11:00am to 12:30pm, with funeral services following at 12:30pm.
