Jeanne R. Cornn

Jeanne Rae Cornn, 56, of Belvidere, IL, passed away unexpectedly surrounded by loved ones on Friday, November 18, 2022. Jeanne was born in DeKalb on June 6, 1966 to James Phipps and Joyce (Hawkins) Boyd. She worked at Chrysler for 23 years on the assembly line. Jeanne loved to sing karaoke every chance she had and if there was a dance floor, she was sure to be on it in a pair of her many, MANY high-heeled shoes! She was an amazing cook and baking with her granddaughters was her very favorite thing to do.
Jeanne is survived by her special friend, Ted Lubicz; her children, Melynda (Brian) Seaton and Joseph (Michelle Lundahl) Jones; her grandchildren, Miley and Chelsea Seaton; her sisters, Julie (Stuart) Wilson and Janet (Rick) Cunz; her parents, Joyce and Albert Boyd; "Bonus Mom", Diane Phipps; nephews, David and Michael Cunz and Wesley and Dallas Wilson; and numerous cousins and "Bonus" siblings. Jeanne is predeceased by her father, James Phipps.
Funeral service will be at 2:00pm with a visitation from 1:00pm until the service on Friday, November, 25, 2022 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory-Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Rd., Loves Park, IL 61111.
