Jeanne René Hebert Kadinger, a native of Slidell, Louisiana, entered eternal rest after a long illness on December 16, 2024, at the age of 61. René was born on September 5, 1963, at Slidell Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her loving children, Madison Lind Kadinger Macaluso and Logan John Kadinger; her parents, John Walter and Linda Faciane Hebert; her son-in-law, Ross Michael Macaluso; and her grandchildren, Dax John Kadinger, Sullivan James Kadinger, and Blythe Lind Macaluso. Additionally, she is survived by her former husband, Robert John Kadinger, and sister-in-law, Cynthia Kadinger. René also leaves behind her loving nieces, Baylor Grace and Reese Elizabeth Simpson; her brother-in-law, Jeffrey Simpson; along with numerous cousins and friends.
René attended St. Margaret Mary and Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Elementary Schools in Slidell and was a graduate of Salmen High School, Class of 1981.
René enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially during Christmas and Mardi Gras. René always looked forward to time spent at the beaches of Alabama and Florida with family and friends.
René was a Catholic and loved God, family, and friends. She will be missed by all who loved her.
A visitation will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church located at 400 Westchester Blvd in Slidell, LA. A Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, Mass offerings preferred. Memories and condolences may be expressed at www.AudubonFuneralHome.com
