Jeanne led a fulfilling career as a secretary in accounting, demonstrating a remarkable ascent to managing accounts payable. Her hard work, dedication, and impressive organizational skills helped her establish a reputation for excellence in her field. Moreover, she was immensely proud of her time at Orlando's Event Center, where over ten years, she specialized in catering and banquets, contributing to countless celebrations and cherished memories for families and friends.

Her warmth and vivacity were evident to all who encountered her. Jeanne had a bubbly personality that could light up any room, always armed with a funny quip or infectious laugh. She possessed a rare ability to bring joy to others and was often described as energetic—a true beacon of positivity. She was an animal lover, who loved raising her cats and dogs over the years; she always enjoyed going on walks with her dog.  She was an avid runner who loved participating in the annual Breast Cancer Survivor 5k.  Jeanne cherished her time at the family cottage in Northern Michigan, where countless fond memories were created with her loved ones, a testament to her deep devotion to family and friends.

In her younger years, she had a passion for water skiing, where she was an active member of her local water skiing club throughout high school. Her talents also extended to the world of online gaming, where she became the esteemed captain of “The Eagles” in the popular game Word Connect. Known by her online name Mufasa, she showcased her keen intellect and exceptional gaming skills with grace and enthusiasm.

Jeanne is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Gerard M. Oechsner; three devoted sons, Michael S. (Samantha) Oechsner, Adam J. Oechsner, and Matt (Stephanie) Oechsner; four treasured grandchildren, Hanna, Brady, Camden, and Indie, who will forever carry her spirit in their hearts.
