Jeanne E. Parker (Sexton), 70, of Rochester, New York passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on April 1, 2025, after a long battle with brain cancer.

Jeanne was born August 27, 1954 and was the daughter of the late Richard and Jeanne Doser.

She is survived by her daughters Alicia Gotcsik (fiance Mike Tuller), Aimee (Eric) Lovett and her grandchildren Jocelyn and Mason Lovett, her sisters Linda Selbert, Kathy Doser, Beth Haley, and brothers Eddie (Dianne) Meyer, Jon (Marilyn) Doser, several nieces, nephews, extended family and lifelong friends.

Jeanne worked in Environmental Services at The Genesee Hospital for 25 years and maintained several other positions following the shuttering of the hospital. She moved to Billings, Montana for a few years where she spent time with the Northern Cheyenne and learned how to weave, quilt and do fine beadwork before returning to Rochester. She loved crafting, baking, playing games and staying busy.

Her absence will leave a void in our hearts, and we will miss her terribly. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to https://glioblastomafoundation.org/ in Jeanne's name.

There will be no services, but a Celebration of Life is planned for Friday, May 2nd from 3-7 p.m. at the Lodge at Buckland located at 1341 Westfall Road.

To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
