Jeannette Bonesz Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Northlake Funeral Home on Aug. 31, 2021.
On May 1, 2021 we lay to rest a beautiful, kind, and caring woman. Jeannette was born January 21, 1943 in the city of Chicago, Illinois. She attended East Leyden High School, where she excelled both academically and athletically. After high school, she married and had 3 children. She was a devoted mother and later, a grandmother and great grandmother. Jeannette loved to dance and sing and was the life of every function. Because of her "glass half full" mentality, it was hard to not be joyous around her. The camp counselor, the chief cook and bottle washer, the nurse, the teacher, the motivator, and the comic was a depiction of her in a nutshell. There will forever be a void in all of our lives, but in our hearts we know she would have wanted us to move forward and keep her memory alive with brilliant stories of her. May she rest happily and peacefully in heaven. We love you Mom!
Jeannette L Bonesz was the Beloved daughter of Al and Lillian Herold. Loving sister to Robert Herold (deceased), Raynor Herold (deceased) and survived by youngest brother Raymond Brandt, Mother of three children: Tamara Talley(Jerry), Margie Leidy(Robert), and Paul Bruneau(Sarah), Grandmother of Jeremy Ryan Pagley, Katrina Matthews, Brianne Leidy, Shane Leidy, Jessica Leidy, Cody Bruneau, Tyler Bruneau and Payton Bruneau, Great Grandmother to Camille Matthews, late Chloe Grace Matthews and Logan Greenwood.
