Jearlene "Jeri" Ruth Skunda, 86, of Glen Burnie, passed away at her home, surrounded by her family, on July 21, 2022. She was born in Circleville, West Virginia to the late Arlie Warner and Nola Mueller (nee Sponaugle). She retired from the MVA after many years of service. Jeri enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, traveling, bowling, gardening and dancing. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 33 years, Joseph J. Skunda.
Jeri is survived by her loving daughters, Theresa Skunda and Beverly Vichich (Michael); cherished grandchildren, Jamie Lynn Baltins (Aleksandrs), Jacquelyn Marie Blevins and Daniel Andrew Accardo; beloved great-grandchildren, Jaden Lynn Stephens, Nicholas Ryan Wheeler, Jackson Thomas Wheeler, Christopher Troy Fulp Jr. and Brooks Joseph Fulp; and dear brothers, Jack Warner (Barbara- deceased), Richard Mueller and Gary Mueller (Kathy). Jeri will also be missed by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, PA, Glen Burnie, on Weds., July 27th, from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 PM. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thurs., 11 AM, in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park.
