Jeff was a man whom everyone loved and who truly loved thy neighbor. We thank you for the prayers and outreach – Jeff truly touched so many lives.
Jeff was the loving husband of Kendra Von Esh and the loving father of Jacob and Trevor Von Esh; loving son of Lou Von Esh; brother to the late Chris Von Esh, brother to Luke and Sarah Von Esh and uncle to Hudson and Morgan Von Esh.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 6, 2024, from 4 p.m. to time of prayers 6:30 p.m. all at DeFiore Funeral Home, 10763 Dundee Road, Huntley.
Mass will be Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 10 a.m. with a visitation the hour prior, at St. Mary Church, 10307 Dundee Road, Huntley.
Interment to follow mass at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery in Palatine.

Our deepest sympathies to Jeff´s family. Jeff and our family were always very close. Didn´t see one another often enough though. He will be greatly missed. Will always have wonderful memories of Jeff
