Jeff Halstead, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, nephew and cousin passed away peacefully in Denison, Texas on September 18, 2025, at the age of 59. Born on September 29, 1965, in Wichita, Kansas, he lived a life full of passion and dedication, both in his work and personal interests.

Jeff had a distinguished career in aviation, contributing his skills and guidance to companies such as Learjet, Yingling Aviation and Haeco. In addition to his work in aviation, Jeff was a talented custom Hot Rod and Harley builder, showcasing his love for classic cars and race cars. His hands-on approach and creative spirit were evident in every project he undertook.

Beyond his professional life, Jeff was an avid outdoorsman who cherished time spent hunting, fishing, and camping. He had a thrill for speed that included anything on wheels, he loved drag racing, motorcycles and road trips. He enjoyed the camaraderie and freedom they provided.

Jeff was preceded in death by his loving parents, Earlene (Boyce) and Willis Halstead. He is survived by his devoted wife, Brenda Halstead; his sons, Jeffrey Halstead, Joshua Halstead, and Dustin (Rachel) Halstead; and his cherished grandchildren, Zavannah Halstead, Hudson Halstead, and Lainey Halstead. Jeff also leaves behind his brothers, Michael (Grace) Halstead and Eric Halstead, and many other loved family members who will all miss him dearly.

A Celebration of Life will be held to honor Jeff's memory in Wichita, Kansas. Details to follow.

Jeff's legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His adventurous spirit, kindness, and unwavering support for his family and friends will be remembered and deeply missed.
